Thank you for joining our Co-Op!
- You only need to make an account on this forum if you choose to vote and post on the boards. It is not required.
Account information is private and is held by ProBoards.com only.
- All of us have very different lives and we understand this. There is no daily sign in requirement.
- Treat everyone with respect. We don’t want anyone to ever feel bad, insulted, or threatened. This is a game, and it is supposed to be fun.
- There should be no racial, ethnic, gender or other slurs ever used in either chat. No one should ever be asking anyone for personally identifying information. It is okay to ask where someone is from, but it’s not okay to ask for email or facebook information.
- Once you complete the minimum requirements in your first race as a Trooper, you will get promoted to Elder. Township Troopers use this status as a get-out-of-jail-free card also. If you can't meet the requirements of the weekly regatta a demotion will take place instead of a kick.
- Everyone is always welcome back into the Co-Op if they get kicked or leave voluntarily as long as it was done respectfully to both parties.
Minimum Requirements:
Weekly Helps: 25 (stats located in our regatta building)
This is to aide others gain the clovers and materials needed for their tasks to allow us to be competitive in any League. In order for this to also work well, we need you as a Trooper to always ask for help on your trains, planes, and requesting in chat as often as possible even if you have the materials. You will see that the pay it forward is an amazing mechanic, you get coins, xp, and sometimes clovers when sharing, so it's not a donation; It's an additional reward!
Completed Regatta Tasks: 8
As a group we have voted on 8 tasks as a minimum. We currently to not have any point requirement, so any point value will be accepted as a task completed. If you are a member and achieve the minimum requirement you will be promoted. If you fail to complete the minimum as a member you will be kicked, nothing personal. As an Elder if you fail to complete your tasks you do have a second chance. You will get demoted and are able to redeem yourself for the next week. Two failed attempts will result in a kick.
Reserving a Task (or as we call it "DO NOT DUMP")
We have a great team, and communication is key to this. If you choose to reserve a task, we need you to type something like "reserving (x)" or "hold (x) please" so it tells other members not to take this task. If nothing is typed, we assume it's allowed for anyone to take because you would take it but are not able within an hour. This is why we have to define the wording correctly as we use it, a do not dump option.
In chat it gives us a timestamp of when you chose to hold it. We have a 1 hour time limit after being reserved and then it is up for grabs to any other team member helping us race. If someone takes a reserved task, they should also let the person know in chat so they are aware it wasn't dumped or stolen. Mistakes happen, if you do dump or take a reserved task before the timestamp, say you're sorry. Never had repeat offenders, but if it ever does happen; I will do everything I can to fix it. If it can't be fixed, Action would be taken.
House of Luck can never be held - Anyone may take this at any time even if reserved.
